I cannot recommend this company.
My French is not very good, so I explained everything carefully over the phone. I was told that because this was a vacation apartment and I was not on site, they would estimate the price based on my description: two sofas, one bed, and one table. During the call, the woman clearly told me that the maximum price would be €650, and that the final amount could even be reduced once the movers saw that everything fit into the elevator.
In reality, only the table had to be carried to the seventh floor, and my father even helped with that. Everything else fit easily into the elevator. The entire move took the company only two hours.
Despite this, there was no price reduction at all. What disappointed me even more was the customer service afterwards: the woman on the phone did not even let me finish speaking or properly explain the situation.
Very disappointing experience. Based on how this was handled, I would not use this company again.
