Very dissatisfied. The solenoid valve on our dishwasher wasn't protected during storage and the move, and after reconnecting it, it caused significant water damage. The solenoid valve is located on a separate hose from the dishwasher and was crushed.

I highly recommend Mr. Yanes and his team. They are excellent professionals; the furniture was protected, they moved a very heavy antique piano through the window, they kept their word on everything they promised, and they listened to our requests. Mr. Yanes warned us of every potential risk, and we took the necessary precautions.

Our long-distance move went very smoothly.
Ms. Yanes, from the very first contact, Mr. Yanes, and his team were knowledgeable, dynamic, efficient, and pleasant professionals.
The move-in and move-out were complex, with narrow access points (no elevator and two interior staircases). Everything was carried out with professionalism and care, and the furniture was perfectly protected.
Organizing this move was a stressful time for us, with the preparatory work of packing and sorting, which we wanted to be responsible for, but in the end, as soon as the truck and Mr. Yanes' team arrived, the stress quickly subsided when the professionals took charge. We will remember meeting a great team. Three intense days filled with good humor!
