I had called on the Breton demenas in Calvados where everything went very well. Avoid the Seine-Maritime team. Poorly done estimate, team arrived at 11 a.m. instead of the scheduled 7 a.m. with a truck that was too small. So the customer has to take what's left!! They came to tell me it was my fault because I had too many boxes. In short, if you're from Seine-Maritime, it's better to go see the competition.

Terrible experience!!!
Incompetent staff and the result of the move: a broken table, a damaged mirror, and the dishes... well, let's not even go there... etc.
And all this while trying to hide the damage. It's a disgrace!
No apology from the company considering the work done and their behavior...

A disastrous experience with this team of movers. Scratched furniture, bent lampposts, missing boxes... for a Breton mover with a good reputation, it's a disgrace. Of course, we will never use them again and I advise everyone to do the same.

No cell phone, so impossible to reach them in Le Havre. Apparently no one except between 10:30 and 11 a.m., so no agency, no office? Attractive rate but very difficult to get a quote. Obligation to take half-time leave. Call transferred to MOYAUX (14)
