Completely dissatisfied.
I moved a few weeks ago and, before moving day, I sent a detailed email listing all the items to be moved, including the dimensions of the storage bed that needed to be disassembled, as well as the dimensions of the television and my child's bed.
On moving day, one of the movers was unhappy, accusing me of having declared fewer items than were there, which is completely false since all the information had been provided in writing beforehand.
This situation made the experience unpleasant, stressful, and unprofessional for the price charged! I absolutely do not recommend them; their customer service needs improvement.

I've had the pleasure of entrusting the moving of my grand piano to D2B on several occasions. A very professional, attentive, and friendly team. I think I'll particularly remember the last move in the snow! I highly recommend them!

A truly outstanding service that I highly recommend. We moved from a large apartment, so you can imagine there was quite a bit to move (especially for a family of four). They arrived on time, with smiles, good humor, and remarkable professionalism. I had taken the day off work, and in the end, it was all finished by 12:30 pm. Rest assured, everything was unloaded in the new place, in the correct rooms, and the furniture was reassembled. For a service of this quality at such reasonable prices, I can only give 5 stars. Thank you for making my move so much easier at such a reasonable price.
