We recently moved from Boulogne-Billancourt to Saint-Cloud and used Bourgignon Déménagement for the move. It was a demanding job with around 50 boxes and significant furniture disassembly and reassembly. From the initial contact to the final delivery, the experience was excellent.
Inès, Ryan and the entire team were professional, efficient and very considerate. Communication and planning were carried out in English, which made the entire process much smoother for us. Everything was clearly explained in advance, and the team handled all our belongings with care and attention.
On the day of the move, Ryan and his three colleagues worked very hard and were always kind and respectful. They made sure everything was done to our expectations, and we were extremely happy with how they managed the entire process. The pricing was also reasonable, with no surprises.
We were grateful for the professionalism and support throughout. The move could have been stressful, but they made it as easy as it could have been.
