Avoid this company!
During a move.
My television was severely damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Despite several follow-up calls, letters, and a formal notice, the company has not responded.
I strongly advise against using this moving company, both for their lack of professionalism during the service and for failing to address our complaint.
Please contact them urgently!

Thanks to Matthieu, Denis, and Mickael for an excellent service. Top-notch team! Heavy furniture + 2 floors. Handled with care, large and heavy pieces of furniture were very well protected, as was the TV transport. Everything was perfect. A big thank you. I highly recommend them. Best of luck to all.

From the first contact with Mr. Fiolet, who was quick to respond and very professional in preparing the quote, to the day of the move, everything was perfect.
We had the first service in April for furniture removal for storage, and then again in September for the move itself. Both were carried out efficiently.
Matthieu's team was fantastic. They were kind, respectful of our homes and furniture, and fast.
Moving seemed very easy with this company!
The prices were reasonable considering the services provided (disassembly, reassembly, transport with protective packaging, etc.).
I recommend them 100%! A thousand thanks again to Mr. Fiolet and your team!

A great team made up of Matthieu, Denis, and Romaric. They worked diligently and efficiently despite challenging conditions (it was very hot and they had a long drive!). They were cheerful and professional! We'll definitely use them again for our next move.
