If that were all, it might be manageable, but after a few days, we realized that cash was missing. It was in a sealed box in a closet where we had indicated we were keeping items not to be taken, so the movers didn't need to look inside. We're going to try to get our money back and will see what happens next depending on what this company says.

The nightmare began as soon as my file was submitted to the operations department. I had to insist that they schedule the removal of my furniture for May 2nd (even though that was what had been agreed with the sales representative). No delivery date, 'but don't worry, madam, everything will be fine, cool.'
The movers came to my house, everything went very well, a very professional team, but still no delivery date...
Operations called me the next day to give me a delivery date... May 17th... so I was in Toulouse for two weeks, without furniture, forced to stay in a hotel since I had no furniture (and therefore no bed to sleep in my new apartment). I calmly explained that I couldn't wait that long. I was starting a new job on the other side of France without my belongings (clothes and work gear), but I had no choice, I had to manage...
It's unacceptable to trap people like this! If they weren't able to keep their promises, I would have used another mover. But waiting until someone's belongings have been collected to give a date is a lack of professionalism and organization!Lire la suite
