Following my mother's passing, I contacted Mr. Rumal to see if he could handle clearing out her house. I immediately felt very comfortable with him. He is responsive, punctual, and easy to reach. Everything went perfectly on the scheduled dates. I highly recommend him.

I hired SEMN to completely clear out my deceased mother's house. Mr. Rumal is truly professional: he updated me on the progress of the clearing every day. The house was returned to me very clean and faster than expected.
