The move went smoothly, with packing completed, despite a few unexpected issues upon arrival. Better labeling of the boxes would be a welcome improvement. Courtesy, punctuality, efficiency, and availability made the entire process easy. Many thanks to the whole team; I will gladly recommend their service to others.

The move was handled by this company. The people who requested it arrived on time and were well-organized and efficient. In addition to the quality of their work, they were kind and pleasant. The dismantling went smoothly (no dishes were broken!).
As for communication with the office, I have no complaints. I called several times with organizational questions, and I always received quick and clear answers.
I have no regrets about entrusting them with my move!

This review reflects my recent negative experience with this company:
1/ I accepted their quote.
2/ I called them four times to schedule the loading date.
3/ Each time, they told me they would call me back without fail to give me a date.
4/ They never called back!
5/ Three days before my moving deadline, still no news!
6/ I had to urgently find another solution.
Conclusion: I will never be a customer of this company again.

I was absolutely delighted with the work of the two 'gentlemen of the move.' Their professionalism was remarkable: friendly, smiling, and strong, they demonstrated incredible speed while handling my belongings with impressive care and delicacy.

Great team!!
Professional, adaptable, cheerful, friendly, and attentive. The movers were perfect.
A postponed Olympic Games event meant our neighborhood was blocked at 9 a.m. The movers were notified the day before and immediately agreed to arrive at 5 a.m. so they could get through before the blockage. No noise during the nighttime loading, nor any damage during the move. Hats off to them. I absolutely recommend them!
I'll definitely use them for my next move. Thanks again!!
