Emballage et chargement super pro et rapide, délais respectés (3 semaines d'avance sur le délai affiché au devis), déballage et remontage des meubles efficaces.
This moving company may give the impression of being professional when conducting a pre-move survey and selling their services; however the quality of their moving service is absolutely awful. All aspects of the packing and unpacking process were badly done. Bad time management, bad organisation, careless packing, untidy.
We are so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience that was truly not our intention. We would like to take this chance to comment on your points :
1- Quality of our moving service : based on a 3 years record our insurance company has issued a study showing a 99% client service satisfaction, our staff are highly trained and customer oriented. Your move was handled by our foreman Romain M. one of our most experience worker in our company.
2- Packing & Unpacking : our crew provided a full export wrap on your furniture & belongings although it was not included in your contract. Unpacking was supposed to be done in 2 days, we completed this operation in less than a day to your entire satisfaction.
3- Bad time management & Organization : we planned your move to be done in 5 days we scheduled 2 days for packing, one day for transport and 2 days for unloading/unpacking. On first day our crew arrived to your residence in advance, they finish loading before the time limit that you imposed and they completed the move one day before. During the entire process our office coordinator was in contact with you on a daily basis.
4- Careless packing & Untidy : except your microwave oven your belongings were delivered in perfect condition and your claim was dealt within 30 days of receipt. It is true that we could not comply with your request of not paying 25 % of our invoice because your felt like it was a good offer but you must understand that in case of a damaged item we need to proceed with an insurance declaration.
We do hope that you would reconsider, we strive to do our best, always to ensure our client satisfaction specially that moving is stressful sometimes. Thank you again for your feedback.
Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires et nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les 2 vases et le miroir abîmés durant votre déménagement. Bien que nous essayons de toujours prendre les précautions nécessaires en mode groupage nous ne sommes pas à l’abri d’incident de ce type. Concernant la machine à laver nous avons bien noter que finalement celle-ci n’avait pas été abîmée et qu’elle fonctionne parfaitement ; nous en sommes ravis.
